Garlow Appears on “Fox and Friends” Jul. 28, 2010 Dr. Jim Garlow, senior pastor of Skyline Wesleyan Church in La Mesa, CA, and chair of Renewing American Leadership, appeared recently on “Fox and Friends,” a morning news broadcast of the Fox News Channel. He appeared on the show to discuss the Cordoba Initiative, which is a movement to build a mosque at the site of Ground Zero, the site of the terrorist attacks on New York City on September 11, 2001.
